Criminal History Searches

You can view and download your Search History and view your
credit usage from the 'My Account' page.
You may request a Refund for Search Credits by sending an email
AFIS.CJIS@dps.texas.gov. A 'NO MATCHING RECORDS' response
is a valid search result and refunds will only be made for unused credits. When
contacting us by email, be sure to include detailed information including your User
ID, last digits of your credit card and date your purchase was made.
